REsimplifi, Inc. was founded by friends and colleagues David Collier and Henry Moore. Both were frustrated by the lack of a simple and intuitive document, contact and transaction management system available to Commercial Real Estate professionals. They realized that the majority of transactions continued to be managed using archaic tools such as note pads, manila envelopes, 3-ring binders and physical filing cabinets due to the unnecessary complexity of the then-available software applications. The Commercial Real Estate industry was ready for a turn-key solution that was straightforward in its approach without being cumbersome and unnecessarily complicated.
The two started their efforts in earnest in February 2015 and set out to build an elegant and intuitive solution that would assist Buyer, Seller, Landlord, and Tenant Agents focused on any of the major product types: Industrial, Retail, Land, Multi-Family, and Office. REsimplifi® was released in December of 2015 and is now one of the fastest growing Commercial Real Estate Software Applications.
Henry Moore, CCIM
Henry was most recently a Vice President with Colliers International where he twice won Transaction of the Year awards. Prior to working with Colliers, Henry was in Sales and Sales Management in the Medical Device and Technology Industries.
David practiced real estate and general business law before joining REsimplifi. He also served as Vice President of Business Development for SPM Resorts, Inc., which was then the largest independent resort management firm in North America.
Tyler leads our development team after working as a Computer Science Professor at Highline College as well as a front-end developer with Colonial Life & Accident Insurance Company.
